Start with a compression test to verify the motor is good.

Which 3 are working? Any trouble codes? Any repairs done prior to this occurring?

The pistons on the driver aren't working. And I forget the exact codes but it said that there were random misfires. And I had to replace the engine in the car recently.

You mean this happened after replacement of engine?
Apart from misfiring codes, are there any others?
The compression suggested would tell us something.
If replacing the spark plugs worked for a while, it could be the injectors or cam timing etc.

Yes it occurred after I had replaced it. And I don't recall there being any others but ill perform another check to be sure. And I reset the timing and made sure that it was perfect a few times because I had thought that that was the problem
