How to replace front crankshaft seal?

Oil is leaking from the front main seal, I need to know how to fix/replace it.

this is a big job as you need to remove the timing belt to gain acess. if you have never have done this, let a shop do this as a mistake could cost you thousands.

it is about a 6-8 hour job.
