When I start my sante fe it idles way too fast and won't slow down. Why?

I would say its a bad idle air control sensor turn the car on and press the brake if its hard as a rock u habe a bad vacum line and u can test the idle air control by undoing a vacuum line from the throtle body manifold if it stops then its bad if u plug it back in and it starys doing again its bad

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner as well as iac hole. Check for a vacuum leak
also if it doesn't say expert by the name on your reply it's not from 2carpros
