I recently had some problems with the master power window switch on the driver's side. None of the windows will go up or down. I read online that if the master switch doesn't work then none of the other windows will work. I changed the master switch and I still have the same problem. Can I try to fix it or should I take it into a mechanic?

We have no way of knowing what your level of expertise or experience is. Also, what do you mean by "master switch"? If you mean the cutout switch for the passenger windows, that would only prevent opening those windows from the passenger seats, not the driver's seat. If you mean the driver's switch assembly, it's pretty unlikely all the switches would go bad at the same time. The much more likely cause of any or all windows being dead is broken wires between the door hinges. Check those first.
