I need help replacing my multifunction switch

I have problem with left and right turn signal light switch on stearing i want to replace it, how would I replace It.

You need to disconnect the battery. Let it sit for about 30 minutes so the airbag can't deploy. Remove the steering wheel to access the switch assembly. Please, be careful around the airbag.

I need more detail about to change Signal switch.Do I need to remove front desk cover and bottom desk. How Would I remove steering cover from in bottom. I try to remove 3 screws but stearing cover want come out. do you have any Idea How can I see Hyundai 2001 Repair manual online.
