2001 Hyundai Elantra overheating

I just replaced the water pump, head, head gasket, thermostat and spark plugs and the car is still over heating I don't know what else to do need you help I need my car. Thanks

Are the electric fans coming on? If not check the fans for power and if they check good then check the coolant temp switch for continuity. If they are coming on then the radiator may be clogged internally and not exchanging heat

Whats the best way to flush the radiator the top hose is hot the bottom is cold thanks for you advice.

You can get flush at the parts store, but if its that clogged id replace it. The flush would only buy a little time by wasting a lot of it.

Ok. If its still overheating then you may have a damaged head or block, especially if it overheats quickly from a cold start.
