01 HYUNDAI ELANTRA.REPLACED BAD ALTERNATOR,NOW IT SURGES AT IDLE UNTIL COMPUTER SETS,THEN IT REVS TO 4000 RPM. CODE P0121,REPLACED TPS,STILL DOES SAME THING. ANY IDEAS?? THANKS IN ADVANCE
