Is a transmission flush recommended?

Hi, Is a transmission flush recommended for a 2001 Hyundai Elantra, or is simply changing the fluid sufficient-I bought the car used and I believe the tranny had been neglected when it came to change the fluid-however I'm not sure-the car has 197000 miles on it.

No issues yet just think possibly may have been neglected-could be overly paranoid also.

Just change the fluid and filter don't get tempted with the flushing method might make things even worst-
