2001 Hyundai Elantra engine not starting

The engine is not starting after it develops overheating and stop runing. L changed the gasket and realize water has mixed the oil so l change it but still the engine is not starting. Please any solution?

If you got the engine hot enough that it quit, then you have probably destroyed the engine internally, These engine cannot withstand much heat at all. It only takes a few seconds at these temps to destroy it
