2001 HONDA PRELUDE WILL TURN OVER BUT WILL NOT START UNLESS MECHANIC PLUGS IN SCAN TOOL THEN IT STARTS RIGHT UP. CAR DOES HAVE IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS?

I have ran into this before there is a unhooked ground under your hood look for some wires with a ringed terminal thats not bolted to anything.Suprised the guy working on the car didnt know this.Let me know what you find.
