rpm most of the time is out of control

Hello I have a 01 Honda prelude 2.2 vtec ingine. I been having problems while driving with the rpm most of the time is out of control. Hope u guys can help me thank u

While iam driving in high speed the rpm is out of control and get less power. I already change cap and rotor, gas filter and oxygen sensor.
