2001 Honda Odyssey Just Had Transmission Rebuilt Again On Odyssey Now Idles

I just had the transmission rebuilt (again) on my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Now it idles rough (vibration) and occasionally while driving makes a high pitched noise, like feedback. Could this be connected to the transmission work? Seems like too much of a coincidence.

take it back and have them check the motor mounts for the vibration. they may have left one loose
