Engine misfire

Getting a rough idle problem after the car has warmed up and is idling. Engine sputters and almost quits. getting trouble code p1399 (random misfire) sometimes and once I got trouble codes for cylinders one to four misfiring. Tried changing plugs but it did not help.

This is a common problem with that many miles the MAP sensor is off but not enough to trigger a check engine light it effects the mixture which causes the codes. I would replace the MAP. Here is a diagram to help you see what you are in for when doing the job.
