radiator question

2001 HONDA CIVIC
135,000 MILES • 1.4L • 4 CYL • 2WD • MANUAL

I have a radiator from an automatic civic.the only difference is the two transmission line hook ups in the bottom of radiator. My question is if I cap those holes for those lines can I use it on the manual civic since that part of radiator is not needed for the manual transmission?

Yup. You don't even have to cap them. Nothing will leak out as long as the transmission cooler tube hasn't rusted through.
