does it depend on how far from center you turn wheel? like all the way to corner or say a normal road turn? if you turn it less does it return?

Something is wrong with the alignment, most likely the toe-out is out of specs. The other likely cause would be the castor.

For KHLow: my alignment guy told me something about adjusting the camber or kamber which (my model) has no adjustment option and could be preformed manually with a pully which can also break the suspension items

For Fixitmr: it is not returning after one rotation, on normal drive it is returning lets say less than half turn and on complete turn it seems that car steering has fallen to side of the turn

Camber and castor are non-adjustable. If they are out, something is wrong, like worn bushes or control arms or lowered suspension. DO NO use other methods, they would not work and would be a safety hazard. You can stress/fracture the knuckle assy which could break anytime, or you would bend the strut.

If I am not wrong, you have excessive toe-out.

If the alignment guy cannot do the job, time to get a second opinion as I believe the guy you mentioned is not sure of his work.

talking of worn bushes, control arms and lower suspension... could you please be specific abt what kind of bushes you are mentioning

secondly while driving over a hump on slow speed i can hear a sound like (which you can hear on an old bed while sitting on it) from my front suspension and similarly a draging sound can also be heard quite often from my rear suspension as if the coil spring is under tension or colliding with something (may be... i am not sure)

and from my rear left suspension while going over a hump or mubpy road i hear a sound like a bird is singing like (chuuuu chuuuu)

what do u suggest for all this cranky sistuation

you could check alignment by measuring strate across car front and rear of tires using tread groove as measure point.the diff should be very slight like 1/4" or so.

The squeaking noise indicates a possible fault with control arm bushes. Those are the links between suspension and frame. It could be lower or upper arms and ball joints.
