2001 Honda Accord Dx S 4 Lug Want Swap 5 Lug Would Could Just

I have a 2001 honda accord dx. it's a 4 lug and want to swap for a 5 lug. My question is... I would like to know if I could just replace the 4 lug wheel hub to 5 lug wheel hub instead of replacing the whole intire axle calipers and pistons and such.

This would not be a simple as you try to make it. Different hub takes different rotors. Different rotors would take different calipers, caliper brackets and likely spindle also. Different calipers would likely require different master cylinder and that may not be compatible with the rear brakes.
