Two days ago my heater or ac will only blow out through the defrost vents. Rear air blows correctly. Cannot find diagram of vacuum hoses.

first try pulling fuse for hvac for 60 seconds then see if that fixes it, sometimes it does. then check item 3 & 7 in attached drawing.
