2001 Gmc Yukon Horn Works Off On Checked Fuses Keyless Lock Press On Steering

Horn works off and on. I have checked all the fuses. It works when I use the keyless lock. When I press the horn on the steering column it works somes times. What is wrong

Definitely not a fuse. They are good or blown, never intermittent. I'd suspect the clock spring under the steering wheel. That is a wound-up ribbon cable in a plastic housing. The end of the cable is probably coming apart.
