2001 GMC Sonoma Misfire

Truck started misfiring this morning when I was driving at ~30-35mph. Check engine light started blinking and it had an odor when I got out of the truck. Could this be injectors messing up? I have 147,000 on the truck. Plugs and wires changed last August.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.
