My fuel pump is not getting power in the harness, but is getting power to the relay what could it be?

You have to test for voltage while a helper is cranking the engine. Or you must bypass the fuel pump relay, then test for voltage. I don't have a drawing of which terminals to jump in the relay socket, so a fool-proof way is to pop the cover off the relay, reinstall it that way and squeeze the contact.

The wiring diagram says it has a prime connector in the fuse box but I can't find a picture of it.
