Tilt the steering wheel by AC stops?

Check for frayed/damaged wires from ignition switch where steering column tilts.

There are major ground wires at the steering column mounting bolts and around the column which must be loose. I would use a flashlight while moving the wiring around under the dash so you can find the loose ground wires.
