ecm fuse keeps blowing out.where could there be a short at is it the ecm its self. thank bobby

there are two ecm fuses and both lead to the pcm. it cold be the pcm but check your wireing first as it could be a wire rubbing against the frame or such. one is an orange wire and the other is red wire.
