2001 Gmc Jimmy Blower On Heat Defrost Heat Works Windows Still Stay Foged

i have my blower on for heat,and defrost.the heat works but the windows still stay foged up.

check the actuator to see if air is moving to defrost side it may be stuck or not working pull havac fuse for 60 seconds then reinstall see if that cures the problem.if not check actuator to see if it/s getting power
