no power to pump.replaced fuel pump but still no fuel.if i put power to prime cercuit it will run.i need to know how to trouble shoot the fuel cercuit.i have power to the fuse but nothig to the relay.the reason the truck was towed in it had a fire by the fuse panel under the hood.no to much damage to wiring.repared the wiring harness but still no power to ful pump.

I looked at info for the 8.1L engine. Note the diagram. Check that orange wire for voltage from the fuse block, to the relay, hot all the time.

Just to add, In the diagram, splice 101, says to be located at forward lamp harness. Lower left front of radiator support, If you want to check voltage at the splice. I'd have to hunt for the orange wire.
