2001 Ford Windstar New Battery Installed You Reset Electronics Vehicle Sensor

When a new battery is installed, do you have to reset any electronics of the vehicle? I have a sensor going crazy, the dome light won't shut off and it says the driver's door is ajar.

Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes to see if that resets things. To be honest, nothing should need reset.
