- Van stalls in 4th gear (or 60km/hr) usually going uphill. Sometimes on flat ground.
- Very Slow acceleration
- I have cleaned the MAF, replaced the DPFE sensor, fuel filter, plugs and wires. Vacuum hose is good.
- Also, tail lights went out at the same time. Then they came on and 2/3 lights were working on the mid brake light.

Haven't checked the TPS.

If I hook up my scanner I get one code on a misfire but nothing else.

Upper intake manifold gasket?

It only misfires while driving. Seems fine while idle. Mostly.
