i have a 2001 windstar and when i first start the car and drive it stalls alot but once it gets warmed up it dont stall asl much untill i start to slow down and right before it stalls i hear a squeaky noise under the hood so could that be a pulley seizing up and causing the engine to stall?

Most likely the camshaft synchronizer is contacting the can position sensor. Replace both and you should be good to go.
