How to fix a window that goes up but not down?

well the rear right window goes up but not down pretty much.
and i dont want to touch it without knowing how to fix it i need help URGETNLY! please

You need to remove the door panel to gain access to the motor and switch. Check to see if there is power to the motor in the down position. IF there isn't, check to see if the switch is sending power to it. If it isn't the switch is bad. If the motor is getting power in both directions and still not working, replace the motor.
