My wiper switch will squirt windshield wash fluid but the wiper blades do not come on when I run it through the positions. What is the problem?

It could be bad Generic Module, bad relay, fuse, bad motor, bad linkage, bad switch or even an issue with wiring. It need to be troubleshooted following a wiring diagram. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/176085117.jpg.gif
