It's steaming off of the engine

The thermostat housing gasket won't quit leaking on a 2001 Ford Taurus. I had the gasket replaced two times. What's the problem? It's a 6 cylinder, 3.0. it's leaking on the bottom the housing seal.

it sounds like either there is gasket residue on either the housing or the manifold or the housing is warped. check it again.
