2001 Ford Taurus Gauges Instrument Panel Stopped Working Them Replaced Light

The gauges in my instrument panel have stopped working. All of them. I replaced the light bulbs, the battery and the alternator this week, and now none of my gauges move. I have checked the connections behind the panel and they are connected. How can i fix this problem?
