car rattles up hill

When I accelerate up hill my car makes this rattling noise. It sounds like its comming from under the hood. I have checked and replaced all broken mounts and the noise continues.

spray water on your belt to see if it's coming from there while engine running. if it is replace belt and tensioner

Well The rattle is only sometimes. It only happens under load and uphill maybe 50% of the time. When the water was sprayed on the belt it just squeaked for a short time. However, the belt squeaks very lightly all of the time when idling, but sounds nothing like the rattle I hear.
