truck surges when accelerating when its cold

when my truck is cold while im driving it feels like its jerking/being held back like a slight tug i replaced plugs wires tps sensor iac valve maf sensor cleaned throttle body cleaned egr valve could it be a ground wire or vacuum leak i passed emmisions so i dont think it has a vacuum leak if anyone can help thanks
