I have a 2001 Ranger that has been sitting at my uncle's yard since 2003. Since the truck hasn't been used at all, not even turning the engine on, what damages can I expect, what parts should I replace, and approx. how much would it cost to get it running again?

Eight years sitting could hold a lot of problems. The gas is going to be a big problem and every drop has to be removed and the fuel pump may not work. Make sure no varmints have chewed though any of the wiring or anything. The brakes may also be frozen too.
