I LEFT THE IGNITION IN THE ON POSITION NOT TURNED ON OR CRANKED. NOW I CANNOT GET IT STARTED.I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC. HE CHECKED THE FUEL PUMP, THE INJECTORS, COIL, SPARK PLUG WIRES AND PLUGS, CAM AND CRANK SENSORS. IT WILL CRANK BUT WILL NOT TURN OVER. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SUGGEST?

If you have spark, fuel, and the timing is correct, the engine has to run. Did it have spark and fuel? Were the injectors working?
