when i come to a stop the idle sometimes drops and the lights dime a little still does it after new battery tested alternator its good is there a fuse or maybe a small vacuum leak in the brake booster to cause this idk please help a brother out

Sounds like you have an idle speed problem, not a charging system problem. AC generators are not efficient at slow speeds so you can expect lights to dim when the idle speed is low.
