Belt dont squell till u get to 2500 rpm. Replaced idle pulley and tension pulley. Check all other pulleys the only on with play is the power steering pump. Belt still looks good. Could the power steering pump pulley be the problem? If so am I safe to drive it?

There should only be one belt on the vehicle. If I am correct, I'm not sure how only the PS belt can be loose. I realize you replaced the tensionier, but was the belt replaced too? It could be stretched. Other than that, one of the belt driven accessories may have a bearing going bad and placing a heavy load on the belt.
