Why is there smoke and green thick liquid on surpintine belt and pullie? Noisy heater . Don't have card for donation sorry...

Care is not getting hot . Running ok . I stopped driving when I smelled yucky smell. Help

It sounds like you have coolant getting on the belt. If there is a leak, it will steam and will cause the belt to make noise.
