2001 Ford Mustang Engine Problem

I see blue or white smoke from exhaust and Its also dripping brownish liquid from exhaust and car is not running right and its shaky as well. What Would be the problem Valves or piston rings cant and how can I make sure if my valves or piston rings are bad. Thanks

Take a compression check first, then have head gaskets checked, may be coolant leaking causeing problems if heads are pulled off then have valve seals replaced at same time.

Hey just did the compression test. Only one cylinder has dry test 60 psi and wet was 70 psi so what's causing the problem piston gaskets or vavles.

Cold be either, as the wet test didn't improve it much i'd go for a bent/burnt valve myself butyou'll see once the head is off.

Today I took of the oil cap and I saw milky under the cap is that sign of head gasket and know I can see the smoke from the engine as well not only tue exhaust.
