2001 Ford Mustang Car starting

Car battery just changed to brand new all lights come on. Car will try and start but will not fully start most times tried pressing fuel reset started once from that and now won't start again only tries to start.

Reset your security system because you disconnected battery if no manual look online

There is no relearn process for the Ford Pats system. The keys are the part that is programmed and that generally won't lose it's program and is not effected by disconnecting the car battery.

My advice would be to test the fuel pressure using an accurate gauge. The spec is 35 to 65 PSI variable.
