started to jerk immediately

We have a Ford Mondeo which after being recently filled with the correct patrol started to jerk immediately after we had re-filled. We have changed the spark plugs and fuel filter to no success.

we dont' have info for that car but redo question and maybe we can help. you might try to replace the fuel filter though.

We have changed fuel filter and spark plugs but it is still jerking. Could the petrol be at fault?

yes it could be teh fuel but the only way to find out is to take a samle from the line which i would advise a pro to do. you might try cleaning the throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides and the idle control valve. then hook up the duct work and start and see if it cures it.you might also try a fuel pressure check to seeif it is within specs.lastly look for a vacuum line off or broken as that can cause it as well.
