2001 Ford Mondeo charging problem

hello
l have problem with mondeo mk 3 2001 2.0 tddi elternator charging. l changed new elternator becouse,charging lights up, after chaging start up car and i a minut light comes back agayn. checked fuses,change relay still the same.. charging is 14.08V and fault code P1246 where is a problem????

You mentioned that the charging rate is 14.08v. Where are you checking that?

with delphi tester, and monometer on te battery

If you are getting that at the battery, then the alt is doing its job and the fusible link is good. Check for weak or bad grounds.
