Hi,

I bought a used 2001 Ford Focus almost 1 year ago.
But last couple of weeks its been making a rattling sound in the engine. Sometimes at stops it stalls and the oil light comes on.

I have checked the oil level and that's fine.

what could be the problem?? I was thinking a bent piston.
If this is the case, how much could it cost me to repair it??

not the problem. even if it is a piston, not worth rebuilding. get a good used engine instead. you would be looking at about 3500-4000 to re build yours.
a good used one for about 1800-2100

could be a main or rod bearing. you need a shop to help you identify it for you.
