Depends on the quality of the replacement parts and the hourly labor rates at the shops in your area. You're better off asking for estimates from those shops, but they're going to want to inspect the car first. Ford has WAY more than their share of steering parts that wear out and fall apart leading to loss of control and a crash. No mechanic is going to only replace shocks and struts without inspecting those other parts first and including them in the estimate.
