How do I stop the auxilliary belt from making a high pitched chattering noise. If I spray it with wd40 its stops the noise but only for a while, thanks.

The belt is most likely dried out. If the sound comes right back and the belt is properly tightened, most likely, it needs replaced. NOTE: If you have been spraying WD40 on it, make sure to clean all pulleys prior to replacing the belt.
