My reference material doesn't list a Fiesta, but, I think I can help without it.
You will need a set of wrenches, a ratchet and socket set, floor jack, lug wrench, and jack stands.
Raise the rear end. Remove the wheel. Take pictures of the work area. Support the axle and front portion of the frame. Place the jack under the subframe.
Remove the nuts and bolts securing the sub frame. Lower the jack with the subframe. You will need either a 16 ounce ball peen hammer and a punch, or a bushing driver kit to remove and reinstall the bushing. If these are unavailable, a machine shop can press the old bushing out and the new one in. Reassemble.
