2001 f350 push on brake hard and steering lock it is at the dealer they said they have done all they can do

Not exactly sure what you mean. Are you saying that when you step on the brakes, the steering wheel locks up like if you removed the key, or it gets hard to turn? Or do you mean the tires lock and you loose control of your steering?
