2001 ford f-250 ext cab rear door rattles, have taken door panels off and removed speaker and still rattles

Check gless and runner for the glass. check all rivets for poping loose.

Check the hinges by grabbing the bottom outer edge of the door and pulling up, if it moves up and down, the hindges are worn, and the door will not hit the striker the right way, and actually bounce as you drive.
