2001 F250 Superduty 7.3 will not start if the temp is below 70 degrees. replaced glow plugs glow plug selinoide, fuel pump & filter, batteries. help

Check to see if you may have to change the o-rings on your injectors .. known problem for hard starts as orings shrink and cause all kind of issues

Are you plugging it in, also you have a 7.3 with that many miles maybe it is time to get the engine checked, is it using oil could be the motor has had it's fun and ready to go
