Smoking and overheating around right front tire area, looks like its behind the wheel someplace

Right wheel area is getting hot and smoking especially after heavier speeds such as expressway driving, the rotor, wheel bearing and brake pads have all been replaced

The caliper is the likely suspect. When the problem acts up again, park on an incline, shift to neutral, then release the brakes. The truck should creep downhill on its own. If it doesn't, crawl underneath and open the bleeder screw. If that does not release the brake, replace the front calipers. They should be replaced in matched pairs. If the brake does release, get it to lock up again, then crack the line loose at the master cylinder. If it doesn't release, there is an obstruction in that line, typically at the rubber hose. If it does release at the master cylinder, suspect brake fluid contamination. If that's what you find, we'll have to talk because that will be a real expensive repair.
